The ct32_scontainer scrollbars look as they should in Windows Vista.
The mouse pointer in this image is located over the thumb of the vertical scrollbar. Notice how the scrollbar arrows get a 3D look.
The VFP9 native editbox scrollbar has bugs in Vista.
The arrows of the scrollbars do not get the same 3D look when you position the mouse pointer over the scrollbar thumb. Also the thumb is slightly off center to the left of the thumbtrack.
